How to work out an application form for Erasmus+ courses

Tablet in education, internationalisation (in policy plans) and Best Practices Benchmarking are courses Euneos Corp. offers to schools for the years 2014 – 15. To ensure that schools and other institutions have a chance to send their application by the dead-line March 17, 2014, Euneos prepares documents to help any school interested in making an application for Euneos courses. We can also direct you to other course providers if our courses don’t suit to your school.

The system of how to apply totally changed in the new EU Erasmus + program. Now educational institutions and organizations must submit applications for the course to national agencies, and projects must be linked to the organization’s development (policy plan). A school can apply for funding for more than one person from the same school and for several courses simultaneously. The application has to be justified in the 1-2 -year development plan of the school. Instead of a teacher, the school sends the application to a National Agency.

In-service teacher training will continue mostly in courses of one or two weeks, the limits being from two days to two months. Mobilities longer than 2 months periods are funded under the title Strategic Partnerships ( Key Action 2) in Erasmus+.

Schools and other organizations have only a relatively short time to prepare a development plan and to create an application based on the plan. The official English instructions for Erasmus+ exist since January 1, 2014, in URL http://ec.europa.eu/programmes/erasmus-plus/documents/erasmus-plus-programme-guide_en.pdf . Reading and adopting the instructions, creating a development plan and writing an application for Erasmus+ are big challenges for schools and the preparations can be quite time-consuming.

In any case, your school or institution has to refer to a development plan and to give argumentation and evidences to apply for funding. Otherwise you have no chance.
We would like to facilitate the educational institutions and organizations in preparation of our Erasmus + courses, as much as possible. If you wish we will send you supportive material to work out your application. Please send your contact information to e-mail address mail@euneos.eu.
